We meet again, 6th Grade!
If you’ve been pacing yourselves, then you should at least have started your second book for this project over the weekend. As a result, we’re going to do a similar assignment this week to the one that kicked off the project. I’m curious as to where you are in the current process and always enjoy having some insight into the choices that you are making.
And so, without further ado, your questions for the week are:
- What book have you selected as your second reading option for this assignment?
- Why did you choose THIS book?
- How do you think it will compare to the first book that you read? For example, do you expect to like it more? Less? As much? Is it in a different genre than your first book or are the books similar? Any of those thoughts (or one that’s entirely your own) will be what Mrs. Scott and I will be looking for in your answers.

For My Second Project book I have chosen The Graveyard Book.
I Chose The Graveyard book because, it seems like a really good book if you like books with more than one conflict like I Do.

The second book i picked the Postcard. The reason i picked the book is because the book seemed to be like my last book. My first book and this book is alike because they have some things in common like people are getting hurt something in those lines.

I have selected Evrything is fine by Ann Dee Ellis. I chose this book because everybody said I needed to red it and so I did.I LOVE this book!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!

The second book Ichose is the “Alchemyst”.i chose this book because of the desription on the book coverand because of the front of the book cover.It compares to my first book because it is also a science-fantasy BOOK.

Wll im done with both of my books so for extra creadit I ot lawn boy!!!!:0). Its a ok book not my fav. but it works!!!…. its about this boy that got a lawn-more for his b-day and he be-comes none as the boy who mowes lawns!!! he makes money from it. And thats pritty much it!!!!……

My second book was Tracking trash. I choose it because I had already read a fiction book so I wanted to read a non fiction book. My two books were totaly different. I aspected as much as my first book. They were both in two different gernes.

well i chose dragon silppers for my second book, the name answers the question: wat is it about? its about a girl that goes to a dragon and finds some slippers that are special and they change her life forever. so, i kinda like both of the books i read but i tend to like The Alchemyst. i chose it because u thought it would be a nice book to read, lo and behold it was xD so, check it out some time.

i picked the grave yard book. i liked it because i liked the cover. i expect to like it more than playing with fire. It had a better cover and looked cooler than the other. Grave yard book has more ghost than playing with fire and thats another reason i like the book.

the book that i have chosen is the dangerous days of daniel x by james patterson. the reason i chose this book is becouse i heard it was bout a boy that is a alian hunter and tries to kill a big aliean and almost gets killed his self so i like action and adventure books so that is why i chose that book. i think i will like this book better than the first book that i chose eligih of buxton becouse it has more action but not as much adventure.
