Book Bytes

This blog is being created and maintained as a project of the LeGrande Elementary School Library. LeGrande is a K-8 school in rural Hart County, Ky.

Mrs. Emily Damron Northcutt is the Library Media Specialist at LeGrande and encourages all of her students to contribute their thoughts about books to the site. Parent and other Library-type people are also welcome to do so.

It is the intention of this blog to promote reading as a fun activity and to encourage more people (young and not-so-young) to find books about topics and things that they think are cool. Well, and then read the books after they find them. And then hopefully talk about the books they read with others. Mrs. Northcutt is a very talkative librarian, after all, and talking about books might be one of her favorite things EVER. Sometimes her students shush HER, for goodness sakes.
